Information about Seborrhoea and Seborrheic eczema

Seborrhoea is caused by an overproduction of tallow (fatproduction) it resembles a mix of psoriasis and rosacea. The two most common types of facial Seborrhoea are Seborrhoea Eleosa and Seborrhoea Sicca. With Seborrhoea Eleosa also known as Seborrheic eczema the skin looks glassy, red and oily because of the skins overproduction of fat. The skin can also be bigpored and have blackheads. The skin is much thicker around the red areas. With Seborrhoea Sicca the skin is dry and scurfy on the surface but fat and greasy underneath. The skin can also be bigpored and look a little grey. Common for both types of Seborrhoea is it attacks areas around the eyebrows, hairline, around the nose and beard. Seborrhoea is a lot more common with men than with women. Moreover Seborrhoea can breakout and escalate with alcoholconsumption. font>
